Koloa Jodo Mission - Buddhist Temple Since 1910
Yesterday, at Jodo Mission of Hawaii, we had a lecture by Dr.George Tanabe who recently published a book "Japanese Buddhist Temples in Hawaii."
I thought I knew many things about Japanese temples, but it was not true, I learned a lot. Dr. Tanabe's lecture was very informative, educational and inspiring which gave me some ideas about future.
Needless to say, Dr. Tanabe is a great scholar, but I knew he was a great photographer too. There were many pictures that many people missed to be mindful.......I will add something, when I get back to Kauai on Friday.
